Under his leadership, the firm rose into a respected name in overseas education services. In 2018, Mr. Khanna co-founded a higher education group in Toronto, Canada, and expanded it to a network of 11 institutions across Canada and Australia, enrolling over 10,000 students. In 2024, he co-founded GB Realty, after recognising the growth of North India's real estate sector and pursuing innovative residential and commercial projects. Beyond business, Mr. Khanna is committed to social causes, actively supporting youth development through his foundation.

Suhail Seth is a dynamic business leader with over 16 years of experience across diverse industries. With a strong foundation in marketing and sales he joined ESS Global Private Limited in 2014, where he played a crucial role in scaling the international education sector by spearheading student recruitment, forging global partnerships, and expanding operations. In 2017, Suhail co-founded Opulence Education Group with Gurinder Bhatti and Puneet Khanna to establish a remarkable network of 13 colleges across Canada and Australia. Expanding his entrepreneurial footprint, Suhail ventured into real estate in 2024 as a co-founder of GB Realty, leveraging his expertise in strategy and technology to create customer centric solutions and achieve market leadership. The same year, he co-established Opulence Digitech, the IT arm of Optas Global. Suhail's academic credentials include a PGDM in Marketing from Alliance Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University. His entrepreneurial spirit, strategic insight, and technological acumen make him a driving force behind the success and innovation of all his ventures.

Mr. Rohit Sethi is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience in operations, organisational development and business transformation. Having held senior leadership positions across the education, international education and professional services sectors, he brings extensive experience in building organisations, developing high-performing teams and creating systems that enable businesses to scale with structure and discipline.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sethi has demonstrated a strong ability to translate vision into execution. His expertise lies in establishing robust operational frameworks, streamlining processes, defining accountability and bringing together people and functions to work towards clearly defined business objectives. He has been instrumental in building teams from the ground up and developing performance-driven cultures centred on ownership, collaboration and results.

At GB Realty, as Director – Operations, Mr. Sethi leads the strengthening of operational systems and cross-functional coordination across the organisation. His focus is on bringing greater efficiency, accountability and execution discipline to the business while creating an organisational framework capable of supporting GB Realty’s continued growth.

Puneet Bhandari is a distinguished legal and corporate professional whose career reflects an exceptional blend of legal acumen, strategic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to ethical business practices. With a foundation built upon academic excellence and extensive cross-jurisdictional experience, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to navigate complex legal, regulatory, and corporate landscapes while delivering sustainable value for both organizations and consumers.

Born and raised in Jagraon, Ludhiana, Punjab, Puneet completed his schooling at DAV School before pursuing higher education at DAV College. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Panjab University Regional Centre in 2006, laying the groundwork for a career dedicated to the pursuit of justice and legal excellence. Determined to broaden his global perspective, he pursued a Masters degree in Commercial Law in England during 2007–2008, subsequently qualifying for Solicitor of England and Wales.
